There comes a time in every engineers life when he or she gets a little bored over the summer.  When you start looking through the house for things to start modeling in Pro E...  Then I remembered I had a few projects that needed to get done this summer.   First was a new Dog House for our little Yellow Lab puppy.  The second was a nice workbench that I could continue to take apart things as the winter months started to drag on.

So with Internet research in-hand, I had a few ideas and decided to build both projects.  The beauty of knowing Pro/ENGINEER for this type of work is that you can do all your design and planning in a 3D world.  Pro/E - not just for work projects anymore.  This got me thinking that developing a home project might be a pretty cool way to teach others how to use and learn ProE.

Since we finally have most of the new website complete, we have had a chance to start updating tutorials and generating lots of new videos!  Obviously you are here for the Pro/ENGINEER training content, so rest assured we are cranking away creating and updating as much as possible.  The current plan looks like this:

• Update all Tutorials to WildFire 3.0 (Should be done in a week or two)
• Create Videos of All current tutorials from our library (this will be done in conjunction with updating everything to WildFire 3.0
• New Project Videos will be created and will take a complete "project" from start to finish.  These will be "real-world" projects from start to finish that you can then use to build your own

Welcome to the new FroTime website - we have been spending quite a bit of time listening to our Pro/ENGINEER users on how to create the best Pro/ENGINEER training website.  The last few months have been updating the website architecture and interface.

Now that the heavy lifting is done, look for lots of new content in the form of new tutorials and videos.  As always, we appreciate your continued support of FroTime and please let us know how we can help you get up to speed on Pro/ENGINEER.
