FroTime releases FroToolsT Version 1.0 - Web based
browsing, searching, reporting, and PDF conversion of Pro/INTRALINK® data.
San Diego, CA, March 1 - FroTime announced the official
release of FroToolsT Version 1.0. FroToolsT is a web based server application
that allows companies using PTC's Intralink® data management tool the ability
to browse, search, report, and convert their engineering data in an easy-to-use
browser-based format.
FroToolsT allows companies to leverage their engineering data
and distribute it to all those within the company that need to communicate
during the product development process. Typically, this resulted in a large
communication gap due to engineering data being housed in a proprietary format.
FroTools extracts this data and opens the communication lines to all employees
within the organization.
FroToolsT Highlights:
Ease of Use - FroToolsT is a browser-based program that is
simple to use with almost no training needed. Administrators just point their
users to the web location where they can quickly interrogate engineering data.
Easy to Implement - With a simple single server installation
using easy to follow step-by-step instructions, implementation time is
typically under an hour. This eliminates installing separate programs on each
users computer, which can often time take all day.

conversion to PDF format.

Find Information Fast - With advanced searching functionality,
FroToolsT offers web-based searching capability for any information in the
Intralink database. Searches may be performed by Intralink attributes such as
part name, part number, material type and supplier name.
