ProE Tutorial on Drawing Basics 1

This introduction to creating ProE Drawings is the first in our series of 6 tutorials designed to teach the new user all of the aspects required for creating ProE Drawings. Drawing mode provides you with the ability to document your parts and assemblies created using ProE in drawings that share a two-way associativity with the model. When you modify a part or assembly in ProE the ProE Drawing is automatically updated and reflects the changes and vice versa.

The tutorial begins with instructions on how to create new ProE Drawings. The user will specify a default template that has standard formatting and views already setup. Drawing views are created and modified which include a standard Top view with projections and an isometric view. The user will also investigate changing the hidden line display of views as well.
