ProE Tutorial on Drawing Basics 6

Now that you have a good understanding of creating and modifying 2D Pro-Engineer Drawings, it is time to develop company standard formats and templates for all your Pro-Engineer Drawings. By standardizing your formats and templates, all Pro-Engineer Drawings created within your company will have a common appearance.

This tutorial begins by creating a standard “C” size format. A border and tables are generated within the format. In addition, parametric values are placed in the format to capture important parameters from the model such as Drawing Name, Revision, and Version. The lesson even demonstrates how to import your companies logo into your formats.
